MAAA membership system update

The MAAA as a whole is moving to a new membership system in the coming weeks.

In preparation for this, workshops have been held with the State Registrars. During these sessions it was requested by some States that additional setup in the new system be undertaken to make it easier for clubs to administer their members.

As a result the MAAA has been working with the provider and additional tasks and data loads will need to be completed before we can go live – this will mean a delay to the original February date.

The new go-live is now Monday April 3.  This date has been decided as the next best available based on availability of the provider and the required MAAA representatives who will be performing the cutover on the weekend of the 1&2 April.  The existing Membership system will be placed in read only mode from 10pm AEST the 30th March in preparation.
