Incidents and accidents that occur at MAAA affiliated clubs must be reported for insurance purposes, regardless of whether a claim is expected to be lodged or not.
As part of our duty of care to our members, club, neighbours and stakeholders we should be transparent and accurate in disclosing incidents and accidents that occur in the conduct of our aeromodelling activities.
MAAA FORMs 010 and 011 should be completed and submitted as part of the incident/accident report to the MAAQ.
