MAAA have now subscribed to an online system, AVCRM for the lodgement and tracking of our Area Approvals. Without going into too much detail MAAA has our own customised interface (in AVCRM) which the MAAA Safety Officer has developed that will provide for our State and clubs requirements when lodging an application and with tracking our approvals… and YES this does include templates for Risk Assessment, mapping and Stakeholder identification.
At this stage we (MAAQ) will be managing the online lodgement process at a state level but the future plan is for us to assist clubs with accessing AVCRM to lodge (and track) their own applications directly in the system once we have training and support resources available.
This is positive but we still do have some work to do to get there.
