This is the meeting of the MAAQ President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relations Officer and Chief Flying Instructor and is focussed on the running of the MAAQ and determination of strategic and operational initiatives.

The MAAQ Committee Meeting is a monthly meeting held on the first Tuesday of the month.
