MAAQ Development assistance policy

Please note: At the May 2018 General meeting the MAAQ budget was approved for the coming year and it was decided to suspend the major infrastructure Type 1 funding for the 2018-19 financial year. The Club Development Assistance policy has been very successful and welcomed by our member clubs.  We have achieved our objectives of the policy over the past 3 years and have invested accumulated funds to assist our clubs from across the state with projects like structural and field improvements, mowers etc.  Initiatives that benefit all of our members.

There is still budget allocated for funding to support events and other MAAQ initiatives so please contact the secretary for enquiries.

Summary of D/A applications approved for 2015 – 2018

For 3 years we have budgeted a total of $80,000 / year and it is evident that the D/A policy has been very beneficial for those clubs that are active in development.
